Job summary

Hurricane Capital in Miami, FL, invites an ambitious early-career professional to join the CEO Office as an Analyst, with regular travel to New York City. You will work directly alongside the CEO, gaining exposure to most functions of a growing alternative investment business and positioning you for future leadership roles.

You will attend executive meetings, prepare materials, track actions, conduct research, and help drive strategic initiatives across the firm.

Qualifications

  • 0.5–2 years of professional experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Preferred: Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Private Equity, Investment Management, or Financial Services experience.

Responsibilities

  • Attend meetings with the CEO and capture detailed meeting notes.
  • Track decisions, action items, and project milestones.
  • Coordinate follow-ups across departments and external partners.
  • Prepare agendas, executive summaries, presentations, and board materials.
  • Conduct market, industry, and competitive research.

Position Overview

This is a unique opportunity for an early-career professional to work directly alongside the CEO and gain exposure to nearly every function of a rapidly growing alternative investment business. The role is designed for someone
who aspires to become a future Chief of Staff, COO, business leader, or entrepreneur.
You will attend executive meetings, prepare executive materials, coordinate follow-ups, conduct research, and help drive strategic initiatives across the firm.
