Job summary

Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa is seeking a President & Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic leadership, delivering nutritious meals, wellness checks, and caring contact to Tulsa’s elderly and homebound residents. This role reports to the Board Chair on behalf of the Board of Directors.

The CEO will drive community engagement, fundraising, financial stewardship, staff and volunteer management, and organizational growth in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Seven to ten years of senior strategic leadership experience in nonprofit organizations.
• Experience building partnerships and revenue growth in charitable sectors.
• Ability to understand financial statements and link financial data to strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to fulfill the mission of Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa.
• Lead community engagement, operations, fundraising, staff and volunteer management.
• Ensure fiscal responsibility and transparent financial stewardship.
