Job summary

CodeAnalytiqa Consultancy and Services is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to manage and operate a behavioral health hospital effectively. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading patient safety initiatives, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a behavioral health or managed care setting, a Bachelor's degree, and a strong understanding of financial management and clinical operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in senior leadership or CEO role in behavioral health or managed care.
• Strong knowledge of facility administration and clinical operations.
• Successful licensure, accreditation, and compliance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the hospital.
• Lead QAPI and patient-safety initiatives.
• Participate in Joint Commission surveys.

Questions for Candidates

• Have you served as a CEO, COO, or Hospital Administrator with full operational responsibility in an inpatient behavioral health or psychiatric hospital?
• Have you participated and been the point person in a Joint Commission survey in a behavioral health hospital setting?
• Have you had full P and L responsibility for a hospital with an annual operating budget of at least $20 million?
• Have you led QAPI, patient-safety initiatives, or corrective action plans resulting from regulatory findings in a behavioral health hospital?
• Have you directly hired, developed, and retained clinical and medical staff, such as psychiatrists, nursing leaders, therapists, in a hospital environment?

Purpose Statement

The Chief Executive Officer shall serve as the executive officer with day-to-day responsibility for the management and operation of the hospital.

Required Skills

BA required.

5 years’ experience in senior leadership or CEO role in a behavioral health, acute care, and/or managed care environment or successful completion of CEO training program.

Ability to lead successful licensure, accreditation, and compliance efforts in a behavioral health facility.

Demonstrates thorough knowledge of facility administration and clinical operations.

Strong working knowledge of financial management and business development processes.
