Job summary

Midland-Marvel Recruiters, LLC is seeking a Chief Executive Officer for a community healthcare facility in Missouri. You will lead day-to-day management and drive the hospital's strategic plan, focusing on quality of care, licensure, accreditation, and financial performance.

The role requires prior senior leadership in behavioral health, acute care, or managed care, with strong skills in recruitment, marketing, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior leadership or CEO role in a behavioral health, acute care, and/or managed care environment or successful completion of CEO training program.
• Ability to lead successful licensure, accreditation, and compliance efforts in a behavioral health facility.
• Demonstrates thorough knowledge of facility administration and clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the hospital's strategic business plan in conjunction with daily operations.
• Oversee quality of care, licensure, accreditation, and continuous performance improvement.
• Drive financial performance and staff development while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Lead marketing, community engagement, and recruitment efforts to support organizational growth.

Community healthcare facility part of a system in need of CEO! Bonus and Relocation!

Serve as the executive officer with day-to-day responsibility for the management and operation of the facility. Primary responsibility for the development, implementation, and achievement of the hospital’s strategic business plan in conjunction with routine operations to include: quality of care, staff development, maintenance of licensure and accreditations, financial performance, and continuous performance improvement

Qualifications:

• BA required, preferably in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Marketing, Clinical or related discipline; MBA/MHA preferred.


• 3+ years’ experience in senior leadership or CEO role in a behavioral health, acute care, and/or managed care environment or successful completion of CEO training program.


• Ability to lead successful licensure, accreditation, and compliance efforts in a behavioral health facility.


• Demonstrates thorough knowledge of facility administration and clinical operations.


• Strong working knowledge of financial management and business development processes.


• Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data & information while maintaining confidentiality.


• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external.


• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail.


• Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames. Ability to adapt to frequent priority changes.


• Capable of working within established policies, procedures and practices prescribed by the organization.
