Job summary

Lifelong seeks a CEO to guide a mission-driven nonprofit focused on health equity and access to care for stigmatized and marginalized populations in Washington. The ideal leader will drive strategy, fundraising, and cross-functional collaboration to extend Lifelong’s reach and impact.

The CEO must have experience with P&L responsibility, board reporting, and a track record of building consensus and delivering results in a complex organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of nonprofit executive experience in a human services or public health organization.
• Experience fundraising from local, state, federal sources and private donors.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in a related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Refine and articulate Lifelong’s vision and commitment to health equity and access to care.
• Provide leadership to a complex nonprofit with P&L responsibility and multiple programs.
• Fundraise and cultivate relationships with diverse funding sources (public and private).
• Lead strategic planning, risk management, and organizational growth in collaboration with the board.
