Job summary

saas.group is seeking a CEO to lead one or more HR tech / workforce management SaaS brands. You will own the P&L, strategy, growth, culture, and overall performance, driving short-term execution and long-term direction with the leadership team and board.

These are product-led, self-serve B2B SaaS brands focused on Germany, with room to internationalize. The role requires strong leadership, finance discipline, and the ability to scale multiple brands in a portfolio.

Qualifications

Proven leadership as CEO/GM or senior executive in B2B SaaS HR tech, with growth track record.
Operational and commercial background; ability to scale产品 and teams.
Strong marketing and productorientation driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Own growth for a PLG SaaS business, sharpen product, drive acquisition/activation, scale go-to-market.
Build budgets, track KPIs, optimize ROI, implement efficiency improvements.
Lead leadership team, create succession plans, ensure organizational resilience.
Identify AI-driven trends, experiment with new models, data-driven bets.
Set high performance standards, ensure alignment with saas.group values, foster inclusion.
Be ready to lead additional brands within the portfolio.
