Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising from diverse sources and donor stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing senior leadership team and staff with transparency and integrity.
• Provide strategic direction, ensure mission alignment, and drive organizational growth.
• Oversee fundraising, partnerships, and external relations with key stakeholders.
• Ensure program evaluation, data-driven decisions, and impact reporting.
• Represent Hello Neighbor in public forums and with donors and partners.
