Job summary

ITP (International Talent Partnership) is partnering with a PE-backed advanced manufacturing business in Michigan to appoint a President / CEO to drive growth and value creation. The role carries full P&L responsibility across strategic, commercial and operations, with a mandate to expand organic growth, pursue acquisitions and position the company for a successful exit.

The ideal candidate combines industrial excellence with strategic leadership and a strong PE-aligned mindset.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in precision manufacturing and machining.
Strong P&L ownership and commercial leadership.
Proven ability to drive organic growth and margin improvement.
Experience leading acquisitions and integration in PE-backed settings.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategy for continued organic growth and margin improvement.
Identify opportunities to expand market share, customers and geographic reach.
Lead acquisition evaluation, integration and inorganic growth.
Maintain focus on manufacturing performance, quality and delivery.
Build a high-performing leadership team with clear accountability.
Partner with PE sponsor and Board on strategy and value creation.
Establish and track key operational and financial metrics.
Develop relationships with key customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
