Job summary

Stealth Fintech Venture in Los Angeles seeks an experienced CEO to translate the founder’s vision into executable strategy, lead fundraising rounds, and drive sustainable growth. You will build investor relations, scale operations, and shape long‑term value across fintech initiatives.

The ideal candidate has substantial startup leadership, a proven fundraising track record, and the ability to establish strategic partnerships with financial institutions and investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline (MBA or other advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive executive leadership experience, including senior leadership within a startup, scale‑up, or high‑growth organization.
• Proven track record of venture capital fundraising, including Seed, Series A, Series B, or later financing rounds.
• Experience developing fundraising strategies, investor presentations, financial models, business plans, and investment materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s corporate strategy and business priorities in close partnership with the Founder, ensuring alignment with vision and objectives.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to strengthen market position and maximize enterprise value.
• Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and initiatives that support long‑term success.
• Establish measurable objectives and KPIs to track execution against goals.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
