Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management from an accredited college.
• CPA with GAAP knowledge preferred.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in university or nonprofit finance.
• Experience leading internal teams to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger and financial reporting.
• Ensure GAAP/GASB-compliant statements and close processes.
• Oversee fixed assets, investments, and institutional funds.
• Provide CEO-level oversight of the Research Corporation and affiliated entities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional financial requirements.
• Partner with VP/CFO on financial planning and budgets.
