A leading company in business development is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to steer internal strategies and external engagements. We are looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our internal strategic goals and engage externally, pursuing new markets, partners, and channels to execute our business development goals. The CEO will be responsible for executing short and long-term goals of the company, while upholding the company’s overall mission, vision, and values. As the leader of the company, the CEO manages and motivates the leadership team to meet business objectives while overseeing all departments and functional areas of the business. The CEO is responsible for aligning each department’s work to execute strategic goals and reach financial objectives. The CEO oversees the work of all individuals within the organization and must always keep the human factor in perspective when making decisions. Within the TARA Group, this role works closely with other company CEOs in decision-making related to products, services, and revenue.The CEO is expected to enthusiastically and effectively represent Statara’s brand, products, and services to stakeholders, customers, and the public.
