Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) is a global firm solving SME succession challenges. Through our OLBO program, we offer a structured path to partner with NCA to search, acquire and lead a small/medium business as CEO.

As an NCA Searcher, you will undertake a 24-month professional search with support from NCA and an attractive incentive package including base compensation and vested shares. Successful candidates operate in the US. Q&A sessions are mandatory to learn more.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles with full P&L responsibility.
• Executive MBA or MBA degree preferred.
• Min. 10+ years running and growing businesses or business units in the US.
• Strong motivation towards entrepreneurship.
• Deep expertise and/or strategic vision in Business Services or Software/Tech-Enabled Businesses or Distribution & Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Establish a search process with predefined criteria to generate deal flow.
• Manage the acquisition process with our Investment Management team.
• Step into the CEO role of the acquired business.
• Develop strategic growth options and 100-day plans.
• Grow top line via marketing and sales initiatives.
• Review offerings, brands, portfolios; identify gaps and improvements.
• Plan market-entry strategies for geographic expansions.
