We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the position of CEO from a Chief Operations Officer or Chief Credit Officer or similar background. Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to all departments within the credit union.
• Develop and implement lending strategies to maximize profitability and minimize risk.
• Manage day to day operations of the credit union.
• Collaborate with executive management to set company goals and objectives.
• Monitor loan portfolio performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve financial targets.

Essential Job Functions

• Hire, lead, mentor, and motivate a team of lending and credit professionals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, auditors, and investors.
• Drive business development efforts and identify new lending opportunities.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and develop innovative lending solutions.

Skills

• Proven track record of leadership.
• Strong understanding of lending principles and processes, risk assessment, credit analysis and accounting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to make sound business decisions and manage a diverse team.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.

Requirements
