Job summary
Olympia Fields Hospital, part of Prime Healthcare, seeks an experienced healthcare executive to serve as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This leader will guide daily operations, advance clinical quality, strengthen physician collaboration, and drive strategic growth in a respected acute care setting.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business or related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare Administration
- Proficiency in computer operations including word processing
- Demonstrates community commitment
- Ability to lead at all levels of management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and strategic leadership across patient care and support services.
- Direct long-range financial planning to meet goals and ensure cost-effective, high-quality care.
- Attract, develop, and retain talent to support organizational needs.
- Drive revenue growth and strategic initiatives through new business strategies.
