Hilltop Farms and Market is seeking a friendly Garden Center Associate to help customers select plants, stock shelves, and maintain the shop’s appearance. You’ll provide product recommendations and gardening advice while keeping the center clean and inviting.

Ideal candidates are physically fit, able to lift 50lbs, comfortable in varying weather, and ready to work weekends to support seasonal demand. Prior garden-center experience is a plus but not required.
