Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Coordination and manual dexterity to perform fine movements.
• Experience using inspection gauges (calipers, micrometers, indicators, depth gauge, bore gauge, height gauge, pin gauge).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex drawings/specifications.
• Knowledge of quality control measures and procedures.
• Proactive problem solver willing to learn and take on challenges.
• Must have PC skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and/or disassemble mechanical and electrical components per drawings and specs.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for defects and ensure quality standards.
• Use measuring devices and electro-mechanical equipment to verify specifications.
• Operate assembly robot and use power tools, torque wrenches, and automated equipment.
• Move products around the work cell using lifts and hoists.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Keep tools and work areas organized and clean daily.
• Read part details and assembly drawings to determine dimensions, tolerances, and sequence.
• All other duties assigned.
• Comply with OSHA standards and company processes and procedures.
