The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate Centre Director in Madison, AL to lead our early childhood education center. You will oversee daily operations, hire and mentor staff, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.

You will build relationships with families, manage enrollment and budgets, and drive program excellence while inspiring a dedicated team of educators committed to growth and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a childcare center leadership or director role.
• Knowledge of Alabama childcare licensing requirements and regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Proven ability to manage enrollment, budgets, and center operations.
• Genuine passion for early childhood education and child development.
