The Learning Experience in Madison, AL is seeking a passionate Centre Director to lead our early childhood education center and inspire a dedicated team of educators. You will oversee daily operations, ensure a safe and nurturing learning environment, and drive program quality.

As Centre Director you will recruit and mentor staff, manage enrollments and budgets, and maintain licensing compliance while building strong relationships with families and the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with experience in staff development.
• Experience managing enrollments, budgets, and center operations.

• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Proven ability to manage enrollment, budgets, and center operations
• Genuine passion for early childhood education and child development
