The Trainer is responsible for facilitating hands-on foundational training for newly hired team members participating in the Goodwill Centralized Workforce Readiness Program. This position delivers standardized operational training, reinforces safety and workflow expectations, validates foundational competencies, and supports team members as they transition into the workplace.
The Trainer serves as a role model for operational standards, professionalism, safety, customer service, and Goodwill culture while creating a structured, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
Possesses comprehensive, functional and technical knowledge and skills to perform at a high level of accomplishment. Discerns how the job relates to other functions within the department and Goodwill operations. Follows policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
