Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or premium client service.
  • Current Series 6, 63, and Pennsylvania Health/Life/Variable Insurance licenses.
  • Series 7 and 65/66 preferred or commitment to obtain within 6 months of hire.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and CRM-driven follow-up capabilities.

As a Centralized Wealth Management Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact and strategic guide for Citadel Wealth Management’s fastest-growing client segment - the Mass Market client. This role is considered your 1st step to develop as a Financial Advisor within the firm. You will deliver high-touch support to clients while proactively identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and providing introductions to Partners within the firm. This position seamlessly blends service excellence with early-career advisory development, allowing you to manage a centralized, pooled book of business, qualify inbound leads, and educate clients on comprehensive financial tools.
