Providence Health Plan Group is seeking an experienced registered nurse for our Centralized RN Triage Team in Everett. This full-time role involves telephonic, telehealth, and electronic encounters from a centralized hub, assessing and coordinating care across the lifespan while collaborating with a dedicated clinical team.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree, Washington RN license, BLS certification, and at least 18 months of nursing experience, with a strong focus on triage

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school
• Associate's degree in nursing, or
• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 18 months professional nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, triage, and coordinate care for patients through telephonic, telehealth, and electronic encounters from a centralized hub.
• Provide patient-centered care across the full lifespan and collaborate with clinicians to ensure quality outcomes.
• Utilize full nursing skill set to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care needs in real time.
