Providence Health & Services NW Washington is seeking a dedicated RN for our Centralized RN Triage Team in Everett. This full-time role involves assessing, triaging, and coordinating patient care across telephonic, telehealth, and electronic encounters from a centralized hub.

The ideal candidate will hold an RN license in Washington, have an accredited nursing degree (ADN or BSN), and 18 months of nursing experience. BLS certification is required on hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Associate's degree in nursing or higher.
• Washington RN license upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 18 months of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, triage, and coordinate care for patients via telephonic, telehealth, and electronic encounters from a centralized hub.
• Utilize full nursing scope to plan, implement, and evaluate care in real time.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
