• 1+ years leasing experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of the leasing process from inquiry to lease signing and administrative tasks.
• Respond to prospect and resident queries, schedule tours, and convert inquiries into visits.
• Maintain knowledge of community products, fair housing policies, and lease terms; ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
• Document routine service needs and schedule follow-ups; log interactions in the CRM
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Community Manager to ensure resident satisfaction and timely issue resolution
