Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar sales operations role.
• Experience with CRM systems (Acumatica, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines and recurring reporting schedules.
• Analytical capabilities for pipeline, backlog, and basic forecasting.
• Excellent communication with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to learn defined revenue processes.
• Construction or service-based industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data hygiene and completeness.
• Ensure opportunities and forecast data are updated consistently.
• Monitor required fields and follow up on gaps.
• Support CRM improvements as directed by leadership.
• Prepare 30/60/90/180-day forecast reports.
• Deliver weekly and monthly revenue reporting.
• Run pipeline reviews and provide data-driven insights.
• Flag stale or questionable opportunities for review.
