Responsibilities

• Check stock levels and maintain inventory of all supplies.
• Place weekly orders for medical, personal, enteral feedings/tubing and oxygen supplies.
• Check incoming orders against purchase orders.
• Review monthly invoices for price changes and adjust charges accordingly.
• Reevaluate levels to anticipate upcoming needs.
• Keep the central supply and equipment room organized.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Responsibilities of Central Supply Clerk

• Checking stock levels and maintaining proper inventory of all supplies
• Placing weekly orders for medical, personal, enteral feedings/tubing and oxygen supplies
• Checking incoming orders against purchase orders
• Checking monthly invoices for price changes and making appropriate changes in charge amounts
• Reevaluating levels throughout the week so upcoming needs can be anticipated
• Keeping the central supply and equipment room organized
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications
