The Palace Care Center is seeking a highly organized Central Supply/Medical Records professional to join our team in Maple Shade Township, NJ. You will manage patient medical records, ensure HIPAA compliance, and support the records department in daily operations.

Responsibilities include processing requests, maintaining documentation accuracy, collaborating with staff, and safeguarding confidentiality while contributing to policy development and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of patient medical records

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Ensure timely and efficient processing of medical records requests from healthcare providers and patients
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for medical records management
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure accurate and complete documentation of patient records
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of patient medical records at all times
• Perform additional duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the medical records department
