The role includes securely maintaining residents’ health records, scanning records into the EMR, and handling requests for records by authorized personnel. One year of related experience is preferred, with the company investing in the right candidate.

Job description

As a Central Supply and Medical Records Clerk, you are instrumental in ensuring our residents and staff have the equipment they need and ensuring our residents' medical records are accurate and up to date.

Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Our Healthcare Company by ordering supplies, ensuring appropriate stock of supplies is always available in the facility and keeping resident rooms and supply areas stocked with supplies.

Your work will include securely and confidentially maintaining health records of our residents, scanning records into and assigning records appropriately in the electronic medical records system, reviewing residents electronic medical record for accuracy and handling requests for residents of medical records and ensuring resident medical records are given to authorized personnel internally and externally. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have: One (1) year of experience in a similar role is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
