Job summary

Prime Healthcare seeks a Sterile Processing Technician for Resurrection Medical Center to perform decontamination, preparation and sterilization of trays, instruments and equipment across departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent or related experience required for new hires effective April 2014.
• Two (2) years' experience as a Central Sterile Technician in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Central Supply Certified certification, preferred
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate, preferred
• At least two (2) years experience as a Central Sterile Technician required
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate.
• Central Supply Certified certification required
• Central Supply Certified certification required within two years from date of hire at designated facilities
