Job summary

Regional One Health in Memphis, TN seeks a results-driven leader to manage Central Sterile Processing, case cart operations, and distribution of surgical instruments. You will oversee budgeting, compliance, and service quality across perioperative services.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's in a healthcare field, sterilization certification, and 3 years of sterilization experience including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare field required.
• Current certification in sterilization/equipment processes required.
• Minimum 3 years progressive sterilization experience with at least 1 year in administrative/management roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Central Supply and Case Cart Operations to ensure quality service in processing, distribution, and maintenance of instruments and supplies.
• Manage receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies to hospital and clinics in a timely manner.
• Lead revenue capture for implants and specialty devices with traceability to each patient as required by FDA and regulators.
• Maintain computer databases for ordering, pricing, contracts and patient charges.
• Develop and manage department budgets and prepare regulatory reports.
• Drive performance improvement initiatives and maintain infection control standards.
