Job summary

Huntington Hospital is seeking a Central Sterile Processing Technician II (CRCST) to clean, decontaminate, inspect, assemble and sterilize instruments for all departments. You will also set up patient care carts and maintain equipment in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires CST or CRCST certification, a Sterile Processing or Surgical Technology program, and at least two years of related experience. Evening/night shifts are typical with comprehensive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience with surgical instrumentation.
• Two years central service or Surgical Technology experience.
• Sterile Processing Program or Surgical Technology Program completed.

Responsibilities

• Clean, decontaminate, inspect, assemble, package and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Set up patient care carts and maintain patient care equipment.
• Work in a fast-paced, stressful environment and prioritize tasks.
