DIVERSE LYNX LLC is seeking a Central Sterile Processing Tech in Allentown, PA. This role involves cleaning, sterilizing, and processing surgical instruments and devices, requiring certifications and 2 years of experience. Candidates can earn a non-taxable pay package if they are more than 50 miles from the facility, along with potential bonuses for the right candidate. This position has a shift from 01:00 PM to 11:30 PM and has an estimated duration of 13+ weeks with potential for full-time employment.

Qualificações

• 2 years prior sterile processing experience.
• Certified Registered Central Service Technician credential or Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution credential (HSPA accepted).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the cleaning, decontamination, sterilization, packaging, and processing of surgical instruments and devices in accordance with prescribed procedures and techniques.
• May perform other tasks, such as clerical support duties and other duties as needed.
• Utilizes multiple technologies and equipment safely and effectively for each processing phase.
• Reading comprehension skills and able to communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare team.
• Ability to function efficiently in a changing and stressful environment.
• Must be conscientious with regard to detail and techniques.

Requirements

• 2 years prior sterile processing experience.
• Certified Registered Central Service Technician credential or a Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution credential (HSPA also accepted).
• High school diploma or GED.
