Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee decontamination, cleaning, assembling, packaging, sterilization, storage, and distribution.
• Provide orientation and continuing education for staff.
• Develop and implement department policies and procedures.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are maintained.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and licensing requirements.
• Serve as liaison with operating room and other departments.
• Identify quality and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure staff are trained on internal controls and university policies.
