Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of recent experience in sterile processing or related healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
• Experience serving as a preceptor, educator, trainer, supervisor, or clinical instructor is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Teach didactic, laboratory, hybrid, and clinical courses for the Central Sterile Processing program.
• Coordinate clinical learning experiences and maintain relationships with healthcare partners.
• Assist with program assessment, outcomes, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Advise students, support credential attainment and workforce readiness.
