Qualifications

• Five years of recent experience in sterile processing or related healthcare setting.
• Expertise in decontamination, sterilization, instrumentation, infection prevention, and QA processes.
• Experience as a preceptor, educator, trainer, supervisor, or clinical instructor.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality instruction and laboratory education to students.
• Coordinate clinical learning experiences and maintain healthcare partner relationships.
• Support program assessment, continuous quality improvement, and credential attainment.
