Job summary

UPMC Mercy in Pittsburgh is seeking a detail-oriented Sterile Processing Associate for full-time evening or night shifts. You will clean, assemble, sterilize instruments and support OR upgrades and hospital operations.

Prior healthcare experience is required; certification is a plus but not required. Scrubs and shoes are provided, with a career ladder for advancement and meaningful, life-sustaining work.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate and sterilize instruments using manual and mechanical methods.

• Maintain and troubleshoot sterilization equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Participate in performance improvement and ongoing education.

What You’ll Do:
