Job summary

Constellium Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Central Shops Planner to manage planning and scheduling across the Central Shops (AC, Cylinder, MW, EEM, Outside Utilities). The role ensures maintenance and project activities align with safety, quality, and cost objectives.

Key duties include planning mechanical, electrical, and AC work; generating PMs; recordkeeping; procuring parts; and attending outage meetings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, AC, or Hydraulics or 5 years of industrial experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a new environment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing in the relevant discipline.
• Effective written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all mechanical, electrical, and AC work for Central Shops.
• Generate and revise preventive maintenance (PM) schedules.
• Recordkeeping of performance, repair histories, and outage planning.
• Procure parts, oversee repairs, and monitor inventories.
• Attend outage meetings and develop standard scopes of work.
