Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass, a Boyd Group company, seeks a remote customer service professional based in the Chicagoland area. You will handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, input data during calls, and uphold outstanding phone etiquette while following company policies.

Ideal candidates bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent communication (oral, written, listening), and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume inbound and outbound customer service call center with computer input during calls.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills; oral, verbal, written and listening.
• Must have excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Strong Computer Skills: Excel, Web based applications, Google Maps.
• Type 40wpm.
• Ability to adapt to an ever changing, growing business environment.
• Bi-lingual speaking skills a plus.
