Job summary

Health Advocates Network, Inc. is seeking a Central Service Technician in Torrance, CA to perform cleaning, decontamination, sterilization, and case-cart duties for surgical services.

The role requires active CA licensure, CRCST certification, and trauma-center experience, with BLS or equivalent safety credentials and LA health clearances. Local pay is $30.40 per hour, with 8-hour shifts and a minimum of 2 shifts per week, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Current, valid, unrestricted CA license/certification in good standing.
• Minimum one year of recent experience at a Level I trauma center in a metropolitan city with diverse population.
• Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or sterile processing course completed.
• AHA BLS, MAB or CPI, LA City Fire and Life Safety card; LA County Health Clearance before start.

Responsibilities

• Clean, decontaminate, sterilize, case cart pulling, assemble, package, restock supplies, and dispense surgical instruments and supplies for procedures.
