University of California - Los Angeles Health is seeking a Central Service Technician to support the distribution and management of medical supplies and equipment across UCLA Health System. You will ensure clinical teams have timely access to supplies for procedures, manage inventory, and coordinate with staff and vendors to maintain stock readiness.

Qualifications

• Adheres to infection control regulations.
• Knowledge of sterilization techniques for clinical supplies.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in inventory tasks.
• Participates in Quality Management and PIE programs.
• Maintains Materials Management / Receiving procedures and UCLA policies.
• Communicates effectively in English with staff and patients.

Responsabilités

• Manage inventory and distribute supplies across perioperative and ambulatory areas.
• Order supplies to replenish inventory and monitor turns.
• Verify and distribute received goods; reconcile packing slips and document discrepancies.
• Transport supplies up to 50 pounds safely to designated areas.
• Maintain barcode labeling for inventory accuracy and stock readiness.
• Support time-sensitive surgical and procedural workflows in fast-paced environments.
