Responsibilities

• Perform duties as Central Service Technician to support distribution and management of supplies and equipment across UCLA Health System.
• Ensure clinical teams have timely access to supplies needed to safely and efficiently perform procedures.
• Order supplies to replenish inventory; monitor utilization and inventory turns; adjust par levels based on clinical demand.
• Receive, verify, and distribute supplies; reconcile packing slips; identify discrepancies; document received goods; transport items up to 50 pounds.
• Restock and organize supply areas; manage module supply carts; maintain barcode labels; follow up on vendor shipments to ensure timeliness.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, supply chain personnel, and vendors to maintain supply readiness across procedural areas.
