EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A minimum 2 years of experience required in any one or a combination of the following: patient administration, logistics coordination and/or a call center. A minimum of one year of Imaging Scheduling Experience is preferred. Previous experience with EPIC scheduling is highly preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Excellent customer service skills for effectively communicating with all scheduling customers is required. Ability to use standard office equipment: copier, computer terminal, document scanner and printer, fax machine and multi-line telephone. Typing speed of 35 wpm.

Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $20.01- $26.61. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
