Job summary

Responsibilities include managing emails, handling calls, generating reports, gathering information to create customer orders, and producing detailed work orders with installation instructions.

SUMMARY: As a Central Processor, you'll be the central point of contact for our customers and the internal sales team. You'll manage a variety of tasks crucial to maintaining smooth customer service and sales operations while ensuring customer satisfaction.
