Job summary

Caring for Portland, LLC is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to manage core HR operations and serve as the primary HR partner to a mission-driven, fast-growing organization. This in-person role is based in Central Oregon (Redmond, OR) and works closely with the Executive Team.

The HRBP will handle workers' compensation, leaves, benefits, payroll support, and training programs, while coaching branch leaders and employees in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 5+ years HR Generalist/HRBP experience with benefits, leave, workers' comp, unemployment.
• Able to work independently without onsite HR leader.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• HIPAA compliance knowledge.
• PHR/SHRM-CP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR, manage inbox and tickets.
• Administer workers' compensation end-to-end.
• Administer leave programs and unemployment claims.
• Administer employee benefits enrollment and inquiries.
• Provide payroll processing and HRIS support.
• Own and improve Employee Training Program.
• Provide HR support to branch locations and lead performance management.
• Act as de facto HR resource in absence of HR leader.
