The Central Worship Assignment
The Central Associate Worship Leader carries out the weekend plan at the Central location and leads worship 46 to 48 weekends each year. The role leads when campus worship leaders are absent and co-leads when additional support is needed.
The position recruits, trains, and pastors musicians and artists while supporting volunteers. The role also appreciates multiple music styles and presentation elements, delegates creative tasks and serving opportunities, and provides administrative support for the Worship Leaders team.
Creative preparation includes charts, loops, demos, arrangements, and original ideas. The position searches for and writes worship songs, supports music, assists the Music Director with production for all campuses, and helps develop administrative and structural improvements.
