PRACTICE OVERVIEW

A well-established health system in Central Indiana is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join its growing Gastroenterology team. The incoming physician will join a collaborative group of four Gastroenterologists and two Nurse Practitioners and will have a blend of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.

The position offers a primarily outpatient practice with approximately 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient responsibilities, with access to both hospital-based and outpatient endoscopy facilities.

PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS

• Join an established team of 4 Gastroenterologists and 2 Nurse Practitioners
• Approximately 80% outpatient / 20% inpatient practice
• Procedures include colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, and EUS
• Combination of procedures, office visits, and inpatient responsibilities
• Hospital call is 7 consecutive days, Monday through Sunday, approximately every 6 weeks

The incoming Gastroenterologist will practice at a full-service, 204-bed hospital with an adjacent outpatient surgery center.
