Job summary

RosmanSearch, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a large, physician-led health system in Indianapolis, IN. The role offers an immediate busy practice with a supportive team and a brand-new clinic adjacent to the hospital.

Compensation includes a 2-year guaranteed salary, potential transition to a wRVU-based model, signing bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits. H-1B sponsorship is considered; J-1 sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Gastroenterologist board certified or board eligible.
• MD/DO degree required.
• Experience in general GI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide bread-and-butter gastroenterology care.
• Perform and interpret GI procedures as appropriate.
• Share 1:4 call schedule with team and cover inpatient consults.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and hospitalists.

GENERAL GASTROENTEROLOGY OPPORTUNITY - INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA

A large, physician-led health system in Indianapolis is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join its growing Gastroenterology program. The incoming physician will join an established team with immediate patient demand and the opportunity to build a busy practice from day one.

PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS

• Join an established team consisting of 1 Advanced Gastroenterologist and 1 General Gastroenterologist, with plans to grow to a 4-physician practice
• Seeking a bread-and-butter General Gastroenterologist; ERCP experience welcomed but not required
• Shared 1:4 call schedule supported by locum tenens coverage
• Approximately 3.5 to 4 procedure days per week with 1 dedicated clinic day
• Dedicated inpatient APP support
• Hospitalists manage admissions while Gastroenterology serves as a consultative service
• Brand-new clinic located adjacent to the hospital
• Attached ambulatory surgery center with future physician investment opportunities available
• Strong multidisciplinary support from Anesthesia, Endoscopy, Interventional Radiology, Pulmonary/Critical Care, and Hospital Medicine
• Cancer care affiliation with a nationally recognized cancer network
• Physician-led organization with strong administrative support and scheduling flexibility
• H-1B candidates will be considered
• J-1 visa sponsorship is not available

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Competitive compensation package with a 2-year guaranteed salary
• Opportunity to transition to a wRVU-based compensation model after 12 months if productivity exceeds the guarantee
