Candidates from CPAP/DME sales, home sleep testing, sleep diagnostics, pulmonary sales, or sleep therapy backgrounds are encouraged. Expect aggressive growth, top-tier referrals, and industry events involvement.

Qualifications

• Proven sleep industry sellers who can build enterprise-level partnerships with uncapped income potential.
• Ideal candidates have existing sleep medicine relationships and experience selling to specialists and large physician groups.
• History of building business, not merely maintaining accounts; strong field presence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with high-volume referring providers.
• Own and develop your territory like a business.
• Identify and close large CPAP and sleep therapy opportunities.
• Drive growth through operational excellence, service differentiation, and partnerships.
• Conduct in-person and virtual field sales activity across the territory.
• Lead business reviews with provider partners.
• Partner with operations, clinical teams, and leadership to support growth.
• Represent BetterNight at conferences and provider events.
