Job summary

LeeSar/CSF in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Central Fill Pharmacy Technician to support the preparation and distribution of medications for hospital partners. You will work under a licensed pharmacist to ensure accuracy and timely delivery in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role requires an active Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician license, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining safety and quality at all times.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Active Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician license required
• Ability to maintain accuracy, prioritize tasks, and work independently or in a team
• Strong communication skills and commitment to safety and quality

Responsibilities

• Fill hospital Pyxis medication orders with high accuracy using pharmacy software
• Pick, prepare, and repackage medications for hospital distribution
• Operate unit-dose packaging and other pharmacy equipment
• Restock medications and supplies received from vendors
• Perform inventory control and coordinate returns or disposal of expired meds
• Prepare, secure, and load medication totes for delivery
• Maintain safe and secure medication handling throughout fulfillment
• Serve as backup driver for medication deliveries when needed
• Collaborate with pharmacists and technicians to meet daily goals
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, safety, and efficiency
