Qualifications

- 7+ years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in leadership or management.
- Proven experience in facility design, product development, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Oversee facility design, new product development, and design improvements.
- Support sales with technical insights and proposals; translate feedback into engineering actions.
