Job summary

Fortrea's FSP team is seeking an experienced Central based Senior CRA II. The role emphasizes site monitoring and site management for clinical studies, with leadership for projects of limited scope and potential line management duties.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of monitoring experience and 1+ year of device experience, plus strong data review, regulatory knowledge, and SAE reporting capabilities. Travel up to 60–80% overnight is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; regulatory or clinical background preferred.
• 3+ years of clinical monitoring experience.
• 1+ year of device experience.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of study site monitoring including routine monitoring and closeout visits.
• Manage on-site monitoring and site management per project plans and SOPs.
• Ensure proper informed consent and regulatory compliance at sites.
• Review data for completeness and integrity in source documents and CRFs.
• Prepare and review trip reports and coordination with vendors and study teams.
• Lead small projects and act as Local Project Coordinator or Lead CRA as assigned.
